For product returns Buyer's are to request a RMA number to return product for credit, a 15% restocking fee will apply, no refunds on freight fees. Mesa does not accept returns for credit on products over the N30 terms, products without serial numbers or upgraded boards. For Repair requirements, Buyer's are to request a RMA number, provide the serial number located on the back of the board printed on a white label beginning with the letters "ms plus a 7 digit number", images are helpful and accepted. Repair fees is determined on the damaged component or chip and may range from $15. to $65. per individual board, Buyers is responsible for all freight fees.
