RMA BOARD REPAIR PLUS FREIGHT | Requirements are: Before returning any board(s) for any reason a RMA number must be assigned.  Request by emailing to: sales@mesanet.com.  Provide us with the board type, serial number (A white label located on the back of the board beginning with "ms plus seven digits"), order number number and the date of purchase, a detail reporting of problem so we may properly evaluate and diagnose the problem for a possible repair.  We estimate a lead time of three weeks or sooner.  Repair fees are from $35. to $100.   Enter the RMA number and freight fee in the 'Customer Comment" section of your order.
