                                                                                                                                                  GENERAL INFORMATION

ORDER PLACING:   Place your small orders from Seller's web-store at: http://store.mesanet.com.  For large orders the Seller will process in-house direct orders over $2,500., wire fees will apply for international orders, a wire or ACH payment is required.  For enquirers for pricing and lead time for small, large or OEM orders email; sales@mesanet.com. For large Blanket scheduled dated orders, a NCNR may apply. For Custom cards a NRE Engineering fee may apply.  All product pricing are subject to change without notice.  View the web-store and select "EXTRAS" for the Domestic or International Dealer's nearest you, Dealer's do not provide large quantities.


RMA - PRODUCT RETURNS:   The Buyer's are required to  request a RMA number to return card('s) for credit, when product has been received the Seller will examine and do the normal extensive testing,  once the card('s) pass test, a credit less the 15% restocking fee's and the freight fee are applied, Buyer's are responsible for all freight fees.  The seller does not accept returns for credit on products over the N30 terms, cards without the serial numbers, or upgraded boards.


RMA - REPAIR REQUIREMENTS:   For repairs email: sales@mesanet.com and tech@mesanet.com, to provide the Seller with the detailed information of the card failure. Buyer's are required to request a RMA  number and the Serial Number located on the back of the card, printed on a white label beginning with the letters "ms + the 7 digit number", images are accepted.  The RMA and the serial number quickly supports the diagnosis for the Seller to repair.  Repair fees are determined by the amount of damaged components or chips on the card('s), repair fees may range from $15.00 to $65.00 per individual card, freight fees are the Buyer's responsibility. The Sellers lead time to diagnose the card problem is 1-2 weeks or sooner, the Buyer will be notified of the fees to pay from the seller's web-store.
